Squeeze your oranges lately?

All jokes aside. As we’re now in the thick of winter, it’s imperative to stay up on our Vitamin C load to keep our immune system in tip top shape! When our immune system is low, is when and why we get sick. All the citrus fruits you know and love (lemons, oranges & grapefruit) have a beautiful dose of Vitamin C within, AND here are some under the radar fruits that will support your Vitamin C intake.

  • Cantaloupe.

  • Kiwi fruit.

  • Mango.

  • Papaya.

  • Pineapple (great source of Bromelain too - keeps your sinus’ clear and smooth).

  • Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cranberries.

  • Watermelon.
