It's all about balance folks - the more colors the better

Ok folks, yes this is pizza, AND yes, it’s what I call a healthy balance.

Good, wholesome ingredients, sourdough (sowadough) crust. I use homemade sourdough pizza crust because sourdough has a natural yeast that actually breaks down in our human system digestive system - cauliflower or gluten free crust always works too!

When making pizza, I always leverage the rainbow. The more colors the better. For this particular pizza.

  • Set oven to 450 degrees. I like to pre-cook the crust for about 12 minutes on a pizza stone.

  • Spread some yummy dairy free pesto sauce

  • Seedless tomatoes (no lectins here).

  • Vegan nut cheese

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Topped with arugula, olive oil, lemon and toasted pine nuts.
