Smoothies are my favorite

What all goes into my smoothies? Gosh, I never thought you’d ask ;)!

Actually, I get asked this a lot, so here it goes! Oh and the Vitamix MAKES a world of difference. I’ve linked it here. The frozen desert option is what I blend my smoothies on.

(Serving size: 2)

  • One (1) FULL bunch of organic cilantro

  • Wild blueberries or acaí (whichever is on sale at the point of grocery shopping)!

  • Banana (either frozen or fresh)

  • Leftover celery juice (I always make enough to add to my smoothies) or some sort of green juice.

  • Couple tablespoons of Goat Kefir (incredible source of healthy bacteria - yay for diversifying the microbiome)!

  • Two (2) scoops of Ancient Nutrition Protein Powder

  • One (1) packet of *Solle Vital

    • Energy and balancing mood, eliminating toxins, and promotes alkalization

  • One (1) packet *CinnaMate

    • Helps with blood sugar and cravings, supports stamina, digestive tract and immune system

  • One (1) scoop *Thrive

    • SUPER nutrient dense, boosts metabolism, and promotes thyroid health. Great for sinuses, eyes and mind.

  • One (1) packet *Excell

    • Increases libido and endocrine support, enhances energy and mood, promotes respiratory and circulatory systems.

  • Two (2) scoops *Good Fibrations (yay for fiber)!

  • One half (1/2) organic avoacdo.

  • One (1) tablespoon Bulletproof Brain Octane

  • One (1) cup almond milk

  • Top it off with water & cinnamon!
